Guest Service Representative

This important role ensures guest satisfaction and elevates the reputation of the Mall. The position helps guide visitors, provide answers and organize lost and found and gift wrapping services. You will also supports the Mall office with light administrative work as necessary. The customer service team supports our onsite events. This is a part time position with hours varying 3 – 5 days each week, including evenings and weekends.

Bilingual English/Spanish speaker is preferred.
